Youth Shelter & Crisis Center

The Basic Center Program is a youth center that provides emergency housing, food, clothing, counseling, tutoring, transportation to school, and other appropriate referrals for males and females ages 11-17 years old.

Christopher Youth safe places

Safe Place

Youth can access help at a safe place site by simply going to the site and letting the person on duty know that they need help. Christopher Youth Center staff or volunteers will be contacted and someone will meet the youth at the safe place site to assess the situation and determine the best options to help.

Christopher Youth connections

Connections

Connections is a coordinated entry system to connect all youth to community services and housing resources, including homeless prevention services.

Christopher Youth access center

Youth Transitions

Provide housing assistance for youth ages 18-24 years of age who are homeless and youth who are aging out of the foster care system.  The program works in two phases that include both transitional living and rapid rehousing.

Christopher Youth Center values the time and effort of all our supporters to insure that youth in need are able to access help. With the growing need of youth in this area, additional support is always needed.
